FUNDING OPTIONS (Troops to Teachers)

Troops To Teachers, with offices and points of contact for every state, offers licensure expertise uniquely required in each school district. For most JROTC instructors $5,000 stipends are available by application. While not guaranteed, these stipends are available without conflicting with GI Bill or Vocational ReHabilitation eligibility. Some special situations can even lead to a $10,000 Troops To Teachers stipend at selected schools. Troops To Teachers is a program for former military members. December 1 – January 31 for credits earned during the Fall Semester
May 1 – June 30 for credits earned during their Spring Semester
August 1 – September 30 for credits earned during their Summer Semester
